Who is Roger Peek ?
Roger Peek is 23 years old, and studies economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He is, of course, Dutch, and will support the Dutch football team in France '98 until the bitter end. His hobbies (apart from watching football) include tennis, swimming, chess, snooker, reading and other stuff. He is also an enthusiastic traveller, and has recently visited the U.S.A. and Brazil. At some point I will write a little more about myself and hopefully make this homepage a bit more 'complete'. For now, I'd like to focus my attention on a semi-pictorial account of an excellent adventure I was part of last year: the Michigan State University project.
What is MSU97 ?
The MSU project is a unique experience, which is organised every year by the marketing department of the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. It allows 24 Dutch students to spend four months in the States. During the first 7 weeks they participate in several marketing classes at Michigan State University. Once this part is completed, the travelling begins! The students split up into teams of 4 students and carry out marketing research projects throughout the States for Dutch sponsoring companies.
